The production

On our family farm located in the heart of the Sault plateau, at an altitude of 800 m, we exclusively produce lavender angustifolia AOP, also called fine or true lavender.

We practice organic farming and apply traditional farming methods in compliance with the AOP specifications, the only label guaranteeing the PROVENCE origin of lavender.

Our production is 100% ORGANIC CERTIFIED for all our essential oils.

 

We carry out all the transformation operations. Cutting, pre-wilting, drying, stripping, manual shaping of bouquets and wreaths and pruning of flowers are carried out in our workshop.

The essential oil is distilled by a cooperative distillery of producers very close to the farm.

The straws obtained after distillation are composted and then spread on the fields.
